LewdManhwa respects the intellectual property rights of others and responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). LewdManhwa is an online platform that hosts and indexes third-party content; we do not claim ownership of the works made available through the service.

Reporting a copyright infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe material available on LewdManhwa infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent at:

Your notice must include all of the following:

1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list, if multiple works are covered by a single notice).
3. Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL(s) on LewdManhwa where it appears, so that we can locate it.
4. Your contact information — name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Our response

Upon receiving a valid notice, LewdManhwa will act expeditiously to remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing. We may also notify the party who provided the material.

Counter-notification

If you believe material you submitted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to [email protected], including your contact information, identification of the removed material and its former location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.

Repeat infringers

LewdManhwa maintains a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers.
